No. Most people arrive after a long break or with no experience at all. We start from where you are.

Always. It comes out of the initial assessment with the personal trainer and is updated over time together with you.

How do I choose the right programme?

You don't choose from a price list. After the initial conversation and a movement assessment, we work out together which programme fits best: private training, hybrid, or online coaching.

Are the studio sessions really one-to-one?

Yes, always. Private studio, one session at a time: no group classes and no queuing for equipment.

Who are the trainers at Idra Studios?

Dennis Marras, FIPE-certified and a personal trainer for almost eight years, and Alessio Donzella, Personal Trainer Advanced with qualifications as a Postural Educator (ATS), a CONI-specialised women's training trainer, a pregnancy-training specialist, a natural bodybuilding athletic coach and an injury-rehabilitation specialist. Alessio founded Idra Studios in 2021.

Do you work with clients who are pregnant?

Yes. We build a tailored programme for each stage, designed to keep you moving safely.

Do you also work with athletes who already train?

Yes. For people who already train, we build a programme around their season: strength, injury prevention and targeted preparation.

I have very little time — does it still make sense to start?

Yes. Sessions are built around a packed schedule too: focused, no filler, designed to deliver real results in the time you actually have.

Which other professionals work alongside the studio?

A nutritionist, a sports nutritionist, an osteopath, a physiotherapist, a psychologist and wellbeing professionals: they join your programme only when it's genuinely needed.

Alessio Donzella opened his first personal training studio in 2021 and has since coached more than 500 people, today as the founder of Idra Studios.
